The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ginseng fermented liquid which can be taken as a health functional fermented beverage by manufacturing ginseng fermented liquid which is completely fermented. A manufacturing process of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) preparing main raw materials by cutting fresh ginseng after drying the fresh ginseng from which foreign substances are removed; (b) putting the cut fresh ginseng in a glass container; (c) pouring sugar water into the glass container; (d) additionally pouring sterilized water; (e) additionally pouring sterilized water, wherein sterile water is basically added five times (c step is excluded from the number of adding water); (f) fermenting the fresh ginseng; and (g) producing ginseng fermented liquid by being aged for five months in a closed state. |
