The present invention relates to a guide device for perforating a lower jaw, which comprises: a guide unit formed with a hole having an inner diameter having the diameter greater than or equal to the diameter of a drill for perforating a portion of the lower jaw, for fixing the perforation position of the drill; and a periosteal support unit protrudingly formed with the portion of the side unit in which the guide unit is in contact with the portion, and inserted in between the lower jaw and the periosteum of the upper surface of the lower jaw. The device has effects in easily setting the angle and the position for perforating the lower jaw. |
