<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire that achieves optimization of vibration characteristics affected by an imbalance of centrifugal force caused by centrifugal force of functional components, and an arrangement method. <P>SOLUTION: The tire is configured as follows. At least three or more centrifugal-force components for generating centrifugal force along with the rotation of a tire 100 are provided spaced apart at equal intervals in the tire circumferential direction.
