The present invention relates to a supercritical carbon dioxide power generation system, which comprises: a combustion unit generating a first mixture having supercritical carbon dioxide by burning methane using pure oxygen; a turbine unit connected to a generator to generate power to operate the generator by using the first mixture having supercritical carbon dioxide discharged from the combustion unit for the generator to produce electricity; a first separation unit separating the first mixture to a gaseous state of carbon dioxide and a liquid state of water after liquefying steam of the first mixture discharged from the turbine unit; a liquefaction unit liquefying the carbon dioxide discharged from the first separation unit; and a discharge unit to discharge a portion of the first mixture flowing from the turbine unit to the first separation unit.
