The present invention relates to a supercritical carbon dioxide power generation system, which comprises: a heat exchange unit for heat-exchanging waste heat of an engine and carbon dioxide; a turbine unit generating power to operate a generator by using carbon dioxide discharged from the heat exchange unit for the generator to produce electricity; a casing wherein the turbine unit and the generator are installed; and a collection unit to collect carbon dioxide leaked from the turbine unit to the inside of the casing.
