PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preferable two axis screw pump capable of transferring a transported object while removing gas from the transported object even if the pump has a pair of pump screws that are not contacted to each other.SOLUTION: This two axis screw pump comprises: a pair of pump screws 7a, 7b not contacted to each other; a pump casing 2 forming a pump chamber 6 by the pump screws 7a, 7b and a storing chamber 52; and a bearing part 5 connected to the pump casing 2. The pump casing 2 in an area where the pump chamber 6 is formed is provided with an inlet port 18. The other end of the pump casing 2 is provided with a discharging port 19. A transported object Q taken from the inlet port 18 into the pump chamber 6 is transported through a rotational driving of the pump screws 7a, 7b and discharged out of the discharging port 19. An extracting port 20 for use in extracting gas in the storing chamber 52 is arranged at a more upstream side in the transported object transferring direction F than the inlet port 18 and at the upper part of the pump casing 2, and a degasification device 27 for extracting gas in the storing chamber 52 is connected to the extracting port 20. |
