<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting and identifying a target nucleic acid that includes amplifying at least one kind of target nucleic acid simultaneously so that it can be visually identified. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a process for labeling upstream and/or downstream primers with different fluorescent substances, a process for amplifying at least one kind of target nucleic acid simultaneously by adding primers for target nucleic acid amplification, including at least one fluorescent-labeled primer matching a method of amplifying target nucleic acids, for every kind of target nucleic acid, a process for adding an oligonucleotide that has a complementary sequence to the primer labeled with the fluorescent substance and that labels a quencher to a target nucleic acid amplifying solution amplified, to cause a reaction, and a process for applying light of a predetermined wavelength range to the target nucleic acid amplifying solution after the reaction, and detecting and identifying the amplified target nucleic acid based on a fluorescent color emitted from the fluorescent substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
