A semiconductor device comprises: a control signal generation unit which generates a power control signal, which is disabled to a ground level during a power-up period and enabled to a power voltage level from a moment that the power-up period terminates until a moment that mode register setting terminates; and a fuse array which performs a boot-up operation while the power control signal is enabled and generates fuse data in accordance with whether a fuse, which is selected by a combination of addresses, is cut. Therefore, the semiconductor device stably performs a boot-up operation. |
