The consuming net system receives commission from the provider and returns interest to the consumer according to the contract. The method and system adds the steps of interest distributing and information distributing during circulate service, so that customer can get balanced information during consuming, and also he can get balanced interest. The present invention changes the way of information dissemination and unfair distributing system. It eludes the economic crisis at all. |
