The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lighting panel of a road safety lighting device, comprising the steps of: making a printing part by printing a necessary design on the textile of a reflecting sheet and manufacturing a reflecting sheet by cutting the design in a necessary size after coating; mounting a tape-shaped LED array along the edge of the printing part of the manufactured reflecting sheet; testing light-emitting performance in terms of color, chroma, brightness and complementary color expressing power by inputting electricity into the mounted tape-shaped LED array; adjusting the light-emitting performance to pass the on-site test of the road safety lighting device by a user; manufacturing a semifinished lighting panel by bonding the reflecting sheet to a reinforcing panel; manufacturing a rubber plate by marking and cutting a raw rubber plate in a designed size; finishing the lighting panel by attaching the rubber plate to the rear surface part of the semifinished lighting panel; knitting optical fibers on the lighting panel in a machine for automatically knitting optical fibers; and fixating the knitted optical fibers and applying and curing waterproof liquid for waterproofing. According to the present invention, more visibility can be ensured even in the cloudy daytime, foggy weather, etc. by increasing brightness contrast to a background while information can be transmitted economically and effectively. Also, the present invention can provide a lighting panel of a road safety lighting device which can have an exterior structure in any shape applied easily thereto and can be manufactured easily. |
