PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trailer house capable of securing a sufficient living space under a law regulation about a contour, protecting a junction between a residential space part and a roof part, and capable of inhibiting immersion of rain water sufficiently.SOLUTION: A roof body 40 on a residential structure 10 has 5 cm or less of a distance from a tip end (tip end of roof body main body 42) of an eaves extending outward of a wall body 30h to the wall body 30h, and a bargeboard 50 is disposed on the tip end of the eaves and installed downward and having a width larger than the thickness of the roof body 40, and a space 80 is formed between the bargeboard 50 and the wall body 30h. |
