The invention provides an electric cooker which can introduce the steam with the pressure being above the atmospheric pressure into a cooker to spread the superheated steam to the rice in the cooker. The steam temperature is stable, the rice is not dry, and the cooker can cook delicious rice. A steam generating unit (14) which is used for generating the steam generates the steam. A steam superheated unit (15) improves the temperature of the steam and increases the pressure and the flow speed of the steam to generate the superheated steam. The superheated steam flows into the cooker (2). In the steam superheated unit (15), because the steam passes a steam path (45) which is in a spiral structure and is composed of heat radiating sheets (43), the superheated steam can be spread to the rice in the cooker, and the steam temperature is stable, and the delicious rice can be cooked. Besides, the steam overheated unit (15) can stabilize the steam temperature, and because the temperature of a heating plate (4) needs not to be excessively increased, the phenomenon of half-cooked rice can not occur. |
