SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING DECISION-MAKING INFORMATION FOR 'RETURN TO VILLAGE'

The present invention relates to a system and a method for supporting decision-making information for return-to-farm village and return-to-fishing village. The system includes: a data base interworking with a national statistical office DB; a multivariate and cluster analysis unit which establishes information from the DB, performs factor analysis, and digitizes alternatives (grade according to each factor) which an applicant for return-to-farm village and return-to-fishing village applicant can select; a GIS processing unit which generates a digitized topographic factor based on a residential factor and an environmental element; a matching unit which selects an optical topography corresponding to the alternatives by using factors extracted from the multivariate and cluster analysis part and the GIS processing part. According to the present invention, an activation of a fishing village and inflow of the applicant for return-to-fishing village where population is decreased due to an aging population and phenomenon of avoiding fishing are expected.
