The present invention relates to a socket transfer device for an inspection system and, more specifically, to a socket transfer device for an inspection system, capable of easily supplying and removing a subject to be inspected, to transfer a socket unit for touching a terminal on the upper part of the subject. The socket transfer device comprises: the socket unit touching the terminal of the subject for circuit connection; and an elevation unit for an ascending/descending procedure of the socket unit. The socket transfer device descends the socket unit through the elevation unit to connect the terminal of the subject to the socket unit; preforms an inspection process; and ascends the socket unit to release the connection. |
