PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image playback apparatus, an image playback method and an image playback program capable of playing back an image frame desired by a user from an image by intuitive interaction.SOLUTION: An image playback apparatus includes: a motion detection part 16 for detecting motion direction information and motion quantity information concerned with a plurality of pieces of reference coordinate information in each frame image information composing an image to be processed; an input part 18 which when a user executes operation for tracing a screen displaying an image, inputs position coordinate information in the screen which is continuously specified by the operation; a display frame number specification part 19 for specifying a frame number of a frame with the highest motion score which is calculated from respective degrees of approximation to angle information indicating a moving direction from position coordinate information inputted before a predetermined number and motion direction information of each reference coordinate information and motion quantity information of a corresponding motion vector in each position coordinate information; and a display part 14 for successively displaying frame image information of the specified frame number. |
