<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous transmission of e-mail by selecting similar mail addresses while allowing a user to determine whether a mail address is erroneously inputted or not. <P>SOLUTION: A user is made to select transmission of e-mail to a mail address displayed on a display or confirmation of a frequency of past transmission to and reception from the mail address. When the user selects the confirmation of the frequency of past transmission to and reception from the mail address, the frequency of past transmission to and reception from the mail address is displayed on the display, and a screen allowing the user to select transmission of the e-mail to the mail address or searching for mail addresses similar to the mail address is displayed. When it is selected to search for mail addresses similar to the mail address, frequencies of transmission to and reception from the similar mail addresses and the frequency of transmission to and reception from the mail address are displayed to allow the user to select one of the mail addresses, and a screen for allowing the user to select transmission of the e-mail to the selected mail address or stop of the transmission is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
