<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyester resin composition which can reduce environmental loading, when produced and when burnt, and can suitably be used for various shape-processed products, especially films. <P>SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyester resin composition is characterized by extruding a polyester resin A and a polyester resin B having 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthren-10-oxide as a structural unit with a vent-type twin screw extruder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
