The present invention relates to an incoming panel having a proximity warning apparatus to prevent an electric shock when approaching a charge part in a live wire state, and more specifically, to an incoming panel visually alarming a worker by operating a warning light when the worker approaches an interior of the incoming panel or a safety distance is not secured and measuring a stray voltage in real time to operate a warning announcement to warn the worker against being in contact when a critical stray voltage (a danger voltage) is generated. The incoming panel comprises: a door opening and closing detection part; one laser part; a rotating reflection driving part; a plurality of laser beam collection parts; and a proximity warning apparatus. The door opening and closing detection part detects opening/closing of a door of the incoming panel. The laser part is installed on one side of a door frame to emit a laser beam. The rotating reflection driving part reflects the emitted laser beam while rotating. The laser beam collection parts are installed on door frames except for the door frame where the laser part is installed to receive the reflected laser beam. The proximity warning apparatus includes a central control part and the warning light. The central control part determines an approach when the laser beam collection parts receive no laser beam for a predetermined time period. The warning light generates a warning in accordance with a command of the central control part. When the worker approaches the charge part in the live wire state, the worker is warned to prevent an electric shock. |
