摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve low-heat-generating properties while satisfying low-temperature performance or maintaining workability. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition for tire tread includes: 40-110 pts.mass of a filler including 30-110 pts.mass of silica, based on 100 pts.mass of a rubber component containing 60-90 pts.mass of modified solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber with a functional group including hetero atom (e.g., amino, hydroxyl, etc.) being introduced thereto and 10-40 pts.mass of butadiene rubber synthesized using a rare-earth catalyst (e.g., neodymium catalyst); and further includes a silane coupling agent represented by general formula (1) in an amount of 5-30 mass% of the mixing amount of silica.
