<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having easy workability, self repairability of scratches, and high weatherability. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes at least a base material sheet, a pattern layer, an anchor coat layer, and a surface protective layer which are arranged in this order. The surface protective layer is composed of acrylic resin composition as a main component. A glass transition point of the surface protective layer is 10-50°C. A glass transition point of the anchor coat layer is higher than that of the surface protective layer.
