The present invention relates to a skin-penetrable peptide and a fusion protein comprising the same and, more specifically, to a skin-penetrable peptide capable of delivering drugs by penetrating through the skin, to a derivative thereof, or to a fusion protein comprising the same. In addition, the present invention relates to polynucleotide for coding the skin-penetrable peptide, the derivative thereof, or the fusion protein comprising the same; and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the skin-penetrable peptide, the derivative thereof, or the fusion protein comprising the same for external skin application; and to a cosmetic composition. The skin-penetrable peptide or the derivative thereof of the present invention exhibits excellent activities of skin penetration and improved skin residual properties. |
