An embodiment provides a light emitting device comprising: a light emitting structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; a second conductive layer arranged at the bottom of the second conductive semiconductor layer; a first conductive layer arranged at the bottom of the second conductive layer, wherein an insulating layer is placed in between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer; penetrating electrodes which penetrate from the first conductive layer to the second conductive layer, the second conductive semiconductor layer, and the active layer and are formed up to a portion of the first conductive semiconductor layer; a conductive support substrate arranged at the bottom of the first conductive layer; and a second electrode which is arranged by corresponding to an edge of the second conductive semiconductor layer in an edge area of the second conductive layer. |
