摘要 The present invention relates to a repair and seismic retrofitting method of a concrete structure, which can improve the fixing power of a lattice-shaped fiber grid on a concrete structure, can maximize the physical performance of the lattice-shaped fiber grid, and can improve the reinforcement ability. A process to firmly fixate a lattice-shaped fiber grid by using a fixing fiber plate and a fixing means is added after a step of surface treatment of a concrete structure. Thus, the reinforcement ability can be enhanced by preventing detachment of the lattice-shaped fiber grid by the force induced by transformation of the concrete structure by a load. Since the fixing fiber plate used to fixate the lattice-shaped fiber grid is made from glass fiber and synthetic resin, it can supplement for the brittleness of the fixing fiber plate using its strong tensile force. Since the fixing fiber plate′s chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and acid resistance are excellent, the fixing fiber plate can play the role of a reinforcing material for itself.
