Provided is a heat pipe operable below ice freezing temperature, which is smoothly operated blow ice freezing temperature by preventing the ice formation of water, and a cooling system having the same. The heat pipe includes a pipe part which accommodates a working fluid, is sealed, and has a space for transferring the phase-transformed working fluid, an evaporation part which forms one end part of the pipe part, and evaporates the working fluid which absorbs heat, and a condensation part which forms the other end part of the pipe part and condensates the working fluid which emits heat. The working fluid is a nonazeotropic mixture, and includes a first fluid which consists of water and a second fluid which has a higher boiling point than water and is not mixed with water, and has a greater specific gravity than water. The working fluid is maintained in a liquid state before heat is supplied, and is vaporized when heat is supplied to the evaporation part. |
