The present invention relates to a dried yellow corvina mixed with red pepper paste and a method for manufacturing the same. The dried yellow corvina mixed with red pepper paste according to the present invention can be manufactured by steaming the dried yellow corvina, mixing the same with the red pepper paste, and maturing the mixture. The dried yellow corvina mixed with red pepper paste according to the present invention can be added with such ingredients as julienne lotus roots, julienne deodeok, julienne ginseng, julienne bell flower, raw garlic, and sesame. According to the present invention, the dried yellow corvina mixed with red pepper paste can be manufactured by steaming solid julienne dried yellow corvina to make softened dried yellow corvina mixed with red pepper paste. By adding julienne lotus roots and other ingredients, the dried yellow corvina mixed with red pepper paste having nutrients and better taste can be provided. |
