Provided are a system and a method for measuring volume of tooth enamel. The system for measuring volume of tooth enamel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light coherence tomography device which radiates light to teeth for B-scan in the longitudinal direction of the teeth and C-scan in the width direction, and generates a plurality of B-scan tomography images about the teeth based on reflected light; a volume measuring unit which calculates an area from each B-scan tomography image by extracting an enamel area of the teeth from each generated B-scan tomography image, and measures volume of the enamel by summing the calculated area of the B-scan tomography images.
