The present invention relates to a method for installing and breaking up a bridge support using a modular foundation, which facilitates installation and resolves a problem of producing a large quantity of concrete waste and polluting the environment. The method for installing and breaking up a bridge support using a modular foundation comprises: an excavation process of excavating and flattening a portion where a foundation is to be formed on the ground on which a structure for repairing a bridge is to be installed; a foundation module installation process of laying a plurality of foundation modules each made of concrete reinforced with rebars embedded therein and formed into a cuboid block in the excavated ground; a support installation process of installing a support on an upper surface where the foundation modules are installed; and a breaking up process of breaking up the support and the foundation modules when repair work is completed. The processes are sequentially performed.
