The present invention discloses a mat for preventing bedsore. The mat for preventing bedsore controls an air pressure of at least a part of an air bag among a plurality of air bags based on the pressure/weight sensed through a first sensor unit, controls either cold air or warm air of at least a part of a plurality of cold and warm air units based on the temperature and/or the humidity sensed through a second sensor unit, thereby providing a constant temperature/constant humidity function and freshness to a patient. |
