Disclosed are a cluster of non-collapsible nanowires; a template for producing the same; a template production method; a cluster production method using the template; and an apparatus comprising the cluster. The cluster and the template include an interconnected region and an interconnected part-member region. According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a separated nanowire cluster which is structurally stable and collapse-resistant thereby.
