The implant includes a clasp (2) with two arms which are connected to each other at one of their ends and in this area form an eyelet with an opening for passage of a screw (7) which can be screwed into one of the two bone fragments. A guide bushing (11) for the screw is inserted into and secured on the clasp eyelet.
