PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device for a vehicle for accurately determining a consumption state of a wiper rubber. SOLUTION: In the information providing device for the vehicle for notifying a user of a replacing timing of the wiper rubber which is mounted on the vehicle, whether the replacing timing of the wiper rubber has arrived or not is determined based on information about driving of a wiper device (integral driving time, average driving speed) and information about an integral ultraviolet ray amount that the vehicle of its own is exposed. The integral ultraviolet ray amount is calculated by correcting an integral amount of solar radiation that the vehicle of its own is exposed depending on a local characteristics or seasonal characteristics.
