The present invention relates to an optical semiconductor lighting apparatus. The optical semiconductor illuminating apparatus includes a light emitting module which has a semiconductor lighting arrayed on an upper surface, and a metallic base plate; a hollow housing which is made of an insulating material, includes a lower end part formed in a socket base and an upper end part for arranging the light emitting module, has a diameter which gradually increases from the lower end part to the upper end part; a hollow heat sink of a non-insulating material which is formed in the housing and is arranged in the lower part of the light emitting module; and an optical cover which is made of transparent or semitransparent synthetic plastic, is combined with the upper end part of the housing and surrounds the base plate and the heat sink. The heat sink has an outer surface touching the inner surface of the housing, and improves weight lightening, heat radiation efficiency, and electric stability. |
