The present invention relates to a primer composition for the specific detection of Aspergillus fumigatus, and to a kit comprising the same, and more specifically, to a primer composition which is capable of simultaneously detecting a specific gene from base sequences of Aspergillus fumigatus by means of multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR), thereby enhancing simplicity in a detection step and increasing credibility; and to a detection kit comprising the primer composition. By applying the Aspergillus fumigatus detection kit developed by the method, the detection of Aspergillus fumigatus is possible with high accuracy in a short amount of time. Thus, the composition of the present invention can be easily applied for diagnosing Aspergillus fumigatus infection in animals. To this end, the composition of the present invention comprises a primer represented by a sequence number 1 to 6. |
