The present invention provides a power transmission device for a vehicle, comprising a lock-up device (63). The lock-up device (63) comprises: a lock-up clutch (64); a lock-up control valve (70); and a lock-up oil passage (75). The lock-up clutch (64) allows a connection between a rotation body (44) of a torque converter (41) and a transferring shaft (55); a lock-up control valve (70) controlling a supply of a pressed oil to the lock-up clutch (64); and a lock-up oil passage (75) inducing the pressured oil from the lock-up control valve (70) to the lock-up clutch (64). The lock-up control valve (70) is arranged on the external surface (18B) of a center casing (18) to be located at a position overlapping the transferring shaft (55) in the direction of the diameter of the transferring shaft (55). Furthermore, an oil passage (76) in a side of the center casing (18), included in the lock-up oil passage (75), has a linear shape extended in the direction of the diameter of the transferring shaft (55) between the lock-up control valve (70) and an oil passage (77) in a side of the transferring shaft (55). |
