摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide devices and techniques that multi-dimensionally combine electro-kinetic, di-electrophoretic, electrophoretic and fluidic force and separate cells, nano-vesicles, nano-particulates, and biomarkers (DNA, RNA, antibodies, proteins) in high conductance (ionic) strength biological samples and buffer solution.SOLUTION: A combination of continuous and/or pulsed di-electrophoretic (DEP) force, continuous and/or pulsed field DC electrophoretic force, micro-electrophoresis, and controlled fluid phenomenon is utilized with arrays of electrodes. In particular, if using chambered DEP devices and a properly scaled relatively larger electrode array devices that combine fluid, electrophoretic and DEP force, relatively larger and/or clinically relevant volumes of blood, serum, plasma or other samples can be more directly, rapidly and efficiently analyzed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
