According to an aspect of the present invention, a connection terminal module comprises: a housing in which a plurality of slots are formed; a plurality of connection pins which are bent in a U shape and are inserted into the slots from the bent portions; and a terminal ball of a hemisphere shape protruding from one end of the connection pins. An upper portion of the slots is opened to expose the terminal ball and a lower portion of the slots is electrically connected to another end of the connection pin. The connection terminal module uses a rigid terminal ball of a hemisphere shape to protect the module from being damaged by an external impact and eliminates a space into which a foreign substance is to be inserted to solve a problem of lowered focusing reliability due to the foreign substance.
