A digital door opening and closing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing that is installed on each of one side and the other side of the door; a key input unit that is installed on the housing and accepts a password; a knob unit that is installed in the housing so that the knob unit is capable of moving by bounds; a mortise unit that receives power when the knob unit moves by bounds to open and close the door, and receives control signals to unlock the door; and a control unit that compares the password inputted into the key input unit with a preset password and, when two passwords are in accord with each other, transmits the control signals to the mortise unit, wherein the mortise unit includes: a first locking apparatus that opens and closes the door by moving by bounds in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the knob unit moves by bounds by converting the power when the knob unit moves by bounds into the power in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the knob unit moves by bounds; a driving unit that operates by receiving the control signals from the control unit; and a second locking apparatus that rotates by receiving the rotating force of the driving unit, rectilinearly moves by the power transmitted when rotating and moves by bounds in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the knob unit moves by bounds, thereby unlocking the door. |
