PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding a synthetic resin-made cap while defoaming the cap.SOLUTION: A cap molding method includes a first step of charging a molding material for a cap into a container and applying a sun-and-planet motion to the container to defoam the molding material with stirring and a second step of charging the stirring-defoamed molding material into a cavity of a molding die unit having a female die and a male die capable of mutually relatively approaching and separating, applying a sun-and-planet motion to the molding die unit to mold the cap by rotational molding while defoaming the molding material within the cap with stirring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
