The present invention relates to a 3D mind map generating apparatus and a method thereof, which easily figure out a connection among topics on the mind map and figure out the connection with external big data in an easy manner, by designating a mind map information as a 3D-coordinate, writing the mind map and plays the mind map dynamically, and performing a comparative analysis with the external big data. The 3D mind map generating apparatus comprises: a mind map interface unit outputting a mind map interface which assigns 3D-coordinate to a topic for a mind map writing to configure a 3D mind map; an input unit which receives a mind map creating command for mind map creation of a user with the reference of the mind map interface; a mind map control unit which assigns coordinates to topics in accordance with the 3D mind map creating command, and creates a 3D mind map by connecting relevant topics; a display unit which displays the process result of the mind map control unit and a mind map interface by the mind map interface unit; and a mind map DB which stores the topic information of the mind map in the form of 3D information. Accordingly, the invention plays a video clip of the mind map on space, and performs a comparative analysis with the external big data, thereby increasing the utility of the mind map. |
