The present invention relates to a call transmitting method and a call receiving method for a dual band dual mode (DBDM) terminal, and a mobile management entity for executing a call connection to the DBDM terminal. More particularly, the call transmitting method for the DBDM terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a step of call transmission requesting in which the mobile management entity receives, from the DBDM terminal connected to the mobile management entity, a request for the call connection to a call receiving terminal; a step of a 3G network searching in which the mobile management entity searches the 3G network where the DBDM terminal can access in order to execute a circuit switched fallback (CSFB) for the DBDM terminal; a step of position registering in which the mobile management entity registers, when there is no 3G network where the DBDM terminal can access among the search results, the position of the DBDM terminal in order to provide the DBDM terminal with an LTE call service; and a step of LTE transmitting in which the mobile management entity transmits the request for the call connection of the DBDM terminal to the call receiving terminal using the LTE call service.
