The present invention relates to an actuator for an inspection device for a lens module composed to descend after moving forwards mechanically and not pneumatically when an inspection device operates, and is composed to be able to operate without vibration when the inspection device ascends and descends. A horizontal moving unit (40) is installed to move forwards and backwards by a step motor (30) on an upper surface of a base plate (10), and a vertical moving unit (50) is installed in one side of the horizontal moving unit (40) to vertically move. A direction change operation body (70) is installed in a bottom of the horizontal moving unit (40) to move forwards and backwards, and the vertical moving unit (50) is vertically moved by the direction change operation body (70). An inspection device fixing plate (90) to which the inspection device is fixated is fixated to the upper surface of the vertical moving unit (50), and the bottom surface of the inspection device fixing plate (90) is elastically supported onto an upper surface of the horizontal moving unit (40) by a spring (91). The horizontal moving unit (40) and the direction change operation body (70) move to a front end of a base plate (10) by a step motor (30), and the direction change operation body (70) moves more towards the front end; thus the vertical moving unit (50) moving down.
