An organic light emitting device according to an embodiment includes a substrate, a first insulating layer which is arranged on the substrate, an organic light emitting layer arranged on the first insulating layer, a second insulating layer arranged on the organic light emitting layer, a switching element which is arranged on one side of the second insulating layer and receives a data voltage, and a driving circuit including a driving element which supplies a driving signal according to a charge voltage charged by an on/off signal of the switching device. A source terminal of the driving element is arranged in a region which is closer to the switching element than a drain terminal of the driving element. In an embodiment, the quantity of induced charge generated by an electric field between the drain terminal of the driving element and a scan line can be reduced, by allowing the source terminal of the driving source to be closely arranged in a region adjacent to the scan line. |
