Provided are a dual-frequency self-adaptive concurrency processing method and apparatus. In an embodiment of the present invention, by employing statistical information of a first frequency-band service and a second frequency-band service in an Nth adjustment period, a service performance of each frequency-band service in the adjustment period can be acquired; based on the statistical information and a QoS requirement to be satisfied by the two frequency-band services, a second proportionality coefficient of time slots occupied by the two frequency-band services in an (N+1)th adjustment period can be determined, so that switching control on a first access and a second access can be performed in the (N+1)th adjustment period according to the determined second proportionality coefficient, thereby satisfying the quality requirement of the two frequency-band services as far as possible, and improving the service quality.
