Provided are a banknote cassette (9, 6) and a banknote size adjustment device thereof; the banknote size adjustment device is arranged in the banknote cassette (9, 6) and comprises a pair of assemblies (10) and a pair of support frames (101, 106); the assemblies (10) are fitted to each other to form a space for holding banknotes, and the size of the space holding the banknotes can be adjusted. The pair of support frames (101, 106) is provided with corresponding horizontal scales (107) and vertical scales (108), and a plurality of positioning holes corresponding to the scales (107, 108), and is used for supporting the pair of assemblies (10). Each assembly (10) comprises a limit plate (104), a reinforcing plate (105), a pair of plug-in pin boards (102) and a pair of compression springs (103); the reinforcing plate (105) is fixed to the bottom of the limit plate (104); the plug-in pin board (102) is arranged at one end of the limit plate (104) and the reinforcing plate (105), and is held between the limit plate (104) and the reinforcing plate (105); one end of the compression spring (103) is secured to the reinforcing plate (105) or the limit plate (105), and the other end is connected to one end of the plug-in pin board (102), giving elastic force to the plug-in pin board and causing the other end of the plug-in pin board (102) to always maintain a tendency to be inserted in the positioning hole. |
