The present invention relates to a method for dividing and integrating mobile gift certificates and, more specifically, to a method for dividing and integrating mobile gift certificates, which can allow mobile gift certificates to be used more easily and expand the market of mobile gift certificates by dividing the face amount of a previously issued mobile gift certificate in accordance with a user′s choice to be issued into a plurality of mobile gift certificates, or enabling a plurality of mobile gift certificates to be issued in an integrated mobile gift certificate. The method may comprise the following steps of: allowing a user to register the number of a mobile gift certificate to be divided; allowing a mobile gift certificate operating server to check whether the mobile gift certificate can be divided or not and notifying the user of the check result; allowing the user to carry out payment of the division fee; allowing the mobile gift certificate operating server to process the purchase of the divided mobile gift certificate, and generating a serial number of a newly divided mobile gift certificate; issuing a mobile gift certificate by imaging a bar code and data of the newly divided mobile gift certificate; and transmitting the issued mobile gift certificate to a mobile device of a receiver through a short message service. |
