Provided are variants of Aspergillus niger phytase PHYA, which have amino acid modifications at positions selected from at least one of position 51, 84, 86, 91, 126, 165, 202, 211 and 300 compared to the wild type amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1.Also provided are nucleotide sequences encoding the phytase variants, and uses of the phytase variants. |
