PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor device of an engine drive air conditioner which improves a thermal efficiency and a durability in an engine, and enhances a safety simultaneously. SOLUTION: In an outdoor device 10 of an engine drive air conditioner, an exhaust manifold 2 has a construction which provides a central pipe 25 through which a fuel F to an engine 1 flows inside. The device 10 has an assembly pipe 21 arranged around a circumference of the central pipe 25 to form a collecting chamber 21A which collects an exhaust gas G from an exhaust port P of the engine 1 in an arrangement enveloping the central pipe 25, exhaust branches 22 arranged on an assembly pipe 21 to lead the exhaust gas G from the exhaust port P of the engine 1 to the collecting chamber 21A, and an exhaust pipe 24 arranged on the assembly pipe 21 to exhaust the exhaust gas G collected in the collecting chamber 21A.
