An array substrate, touch display device and drive method, the array substrate comprising: a data line layer comprising a plurality of first touch electrodes (32); a common electrode layer comprising a plurality of second touch electrodes (31); and a first switch signal line (34). Each first touch electrode (32) comprises a plurality of data lines (37) and a plurality of first switch elements (33); the control ends (a) of the first switch elements (33) are connected to the first switch signal lines (34); and the first ends (b) of the first switch elements (33) are connected to one data line (37) in the first touch electrode (32), and the second ends (c) of the first switch elements (33) are connected to another data line (37) in the first touch electrode (32), such that all data lines (37) in the first touch electrode (32) are mutually conductive when the first switch element (33) is conductive. Compared with independently disposing a touch array assembly, the array substrate has a low cost and a simple manufacturing process. |
