The present invention provides a combination product comprising a vector encoding one or more HBV antigens and one or more immune checkpoint modulator(s), a composition and a kit of parts comprising such components as well as methods comprising such combination product, composition or kit of parts. The invention is of very special interest in the field of immunotherapy, and more particular for treating subjects infected with HBV, especially those chronically infected.
