A computer implemented method for determining a set of lifestyle modifications for a first individual by identifying genetically referenced modifiable attributes associated with said individual such that, when said genetically referenced modifiable attributes are thereafter modified, results in altered outcomes for the health of said individual, the method comprising steps executing on a processor operating as part of a computing system including: a) receiving a query in the form of a signal that is representative of a health condition as related to said first individual; b) accessing a first memory sector, contained within said computing system, said first memory sector including a first attribute profile database associated with said first individual, said first attribute profile database comprising pangenetic and non-pangenetic attributes associated with said first individual; c) accessing a second memory sector contained within said computing system, said second memory sector including a second attribute profile database associated with a set of other individuals, said second attribute profile database comprising pangenetic and non-pangenetic attributes of said set of other individuals; d) identifying, by comparative analysis performed via said processor, a subset of attribute profiles of said set of other individuals having said health condition and thereafter, identifying a combination of at least two pangenetic attributes and at least one modifiable non-pangenetic attribute, wherein said combination is statistically associated with said health condition and is also found in said first attribute profile database associated with said first individual, and wherein alteration of said at least one modifiable non-pangenetic attribute from said combination results in a statistically significant altered probability of having said health condition; and e) transmitting, as output from said computer implemented method, an output signal representing said at least one modifiable non-pangenetic attribute as said set of lifestyle modifications for said first individual.
